Complete New Learner Application Form
Download the New Learner Application Form, complete it, and then submit it via email or drop it off at your nearest Smartschool Academy Office.
Please note that it is critical that the information provided be exact and accurate, in order to ensure we are able to process your application without delay.
Enrolment Step 2:
Supply supporting documentation
In order to speedily handle your application, please attach the following documents to an email, or drop them off at your local Smartschool Academy office:
- Copy - ID of student's father, certified
- Copy - ID of student's mother, certified
- Copy - Child's birth certificate or ID
- Copy - 1-month's payslip
- Completed admission form

Enrolment Step 3:
pay the enrolment fee
To confirm enrolment at Smartschool Academy, a yearly admin fee is payable by cash or EFT to secure your spot. An invoice will be issued to you once all supporting documentation has been submitted and your application has been successfully processed.
